YOUR GOALS
What would you like help with?
Busy mornings. Family meals. Changing health needs. There is room for all of it in your plan.
A little less all-or-nothing.
Make room for progress. And the food you love.
Work towards weight loss or healthy weight gain with portions, meal options, and habits that fit your day. We start with what is realistic for you.
Your routine, your health context, and the support that helps you follow through.
01 / YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION
Start with a conversation.
Your first 15-minute consultation is free. We listen to your concerns, help you understand your nutrition challenges, and discuss possible next steps. No payment or obligation to enrol.
02 / YOUR NUTRITION PLAN
Look at the whole picture.
If you enrol, we review your routine, preferences, and relevant existing blood reports you choose to share, then agree practical nutrition priorities.
03 / YOUR ONGOING SUPPORT
Review, learn, adjust.
Discuss what is working and refine the plan as life changes. Programme pricing, duration, and check-in frequency are explained before enrolment.
How we explore contributing factors and blood reports
Eating patterns, sleep, movement, stress, medical history, and existing reports can add context. A questionnaire cannot establish a root cause. We do not provide blood tests, doctors, or medication treatment. We may recommend medical review; a qualified medical practitioner makes diagnosis and medication decisions.
No reports are needed for your consultation. Before sharing any report, ask our team which existing reports are relevant and how they are shared, stored, and handled.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR PLAN
Expertise that listens.
Behind every plan is a team of nutritionists and dietitians who understand that knowing what to eat and making it work are two different things.
Our team includes Bachelor's- and Master's-qualified nutrition professionals with experience in clinical and diabetes nutrition. Together, they bring more than 15 years of experience supporting thousands of people with their health goals.

YOUR ROUTINE HAS A STORY
Let's understand your starting point.
A few questions about you, your routine, and what you would like to change. Leave with a conversation guide, not a label.

Answers stay in this page's memory until you close or reload it. They are not saved or automatically shared.
Your first consultation call is free. In 15 minutes, we discuss your concerns, help you understand your nutrition challenges, and explore practical next steps. We also explain programme options so you can decide whether to enrol. A personalised plan and ongoing support are discussed separately; no payment is collected on this website.
Will I need to give up my usual food?
Your preferences and usual meals are part of the conversation. We focus on practical options and routines, including everyday Indian food, rather than a single diet chart for everyone.
Can you support an existing health condition?
The team has experience in clinical and diabetes nutrition, including support for PCOS, thyroid concerns, and gut health. Discuss your situation during the consultation so the team can assess the right support. Nutrition guidance works alongside your medical care.
Who will guide me?
Our team includes qualified nutritionists and dietitians with Bachelor's and Master's degrees. We discuss your goals and the appropriate support during the consultation.
How often do we check in, and what does it cost?
Programme duration, pricing, and follow-up frequency are explained by the team before you enrol. You can ask about all three during the free consultation.
Does choosing a date confirm my appointment?
No. The date and time are your preferences. Send your request on WhatsApp, and the team will confirm an appointment with you. To change a confirmed appointment, message the same conversation.
YOUR NEXT SMALL STEP

BMI = weight in kilograms / height in metres squared. Categories follow the CDC adult BMI reference. Risk interpretation can differ by ethnicity and medical context; BMI does not distinguish muscle from fat.
The Ideal Weight tool shows the weight range corresponding to BMI 18.5-24.9, not one ideal weight or a personal goal. Resting energy uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation: 10 × kg + 6.25 × cm - 5 × age, plus 5 (male coefficient) or minus 161 (female coefficient). Although commonly called a BMR calculator, this predicts resting energy expenditure, not a laboratory measurement.
The Calorie tool estimates daily maintenance energy by multiplying resting energy by the selected conventional activity factor (1.2, 1.375, 1.55, 1.725, or 1.9). This is not a weight-loss prescription. Activity factors are rough assumptions; illness, medication, body composition, and other factors affect actual needs.
